What fees are required for move-in?

A security deposit and the first month’s rent are typically required. These payments must be made by cashier’s check, money order, or cash before keys are provided and move-in can occur.

Our company welcomes pets, though policies vary by building. Pet approval is granted on a case-by-case basis and typically requires a pet deposit. Current residents considering a new pet should contact us beforehand to prevent potential issues.

For move-ins occurring on any day other than the first of the month, pro-rated rent will be charged during the second month of tenancy. This adjustment aligns the rent due date with the first day of each subsequent month. These terms will be detailed in your lease agreement and explained during the lease-signing process.
